REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
We offer a repeat prescription service by using a tear off re-order slip handed to you when you pick up your prescription.
This should either be handed in or posted to the Health Centre, giving at least 48hrs notice. Your medicines may then be collected directly from the local chemist, along with your repeat prescription slip. If phoning for a repeat prescription, please phone after 1.00p.m.
HOME VISITS
If you are too unwell to come to the surgery please 'phone before 10.00 a.m. and an appropriate arrangement will be made.
We cover a large rural area so that if patients 'phone early in the day we can arrange all the visits in a particular area together.
It is important to give the reception staff some idea of the problem so the doctor can decide which visits are the most urgent.
You can make an appointment to see the doctor by 'phoning the surgery.
Consultation by appointment is Monday -Friday 8.10am-6pm. Late opening every Tuesday by appointment only till, 7.30pm.
Urgent same day appointments are available if requested before noon.
Each doctor is generally available either in the morning or afternoon each day.
